OPES is enrolled in the Boosterplus program. The program gives 1% of customer's purchases to the school. You must be enrolled in the program to participate. Enrollment forms will be sent home with every student at the beginning of the year. |

Clip boxtops from your favorite products. OPES receives 10 cents for every boxtop that we send in. There should be a small white boxtops collection bag in your room for students to put boxtops. Please encourage students to bring in boxtops. Last year, we received approximately $846 from General Mills. |

Dear Parents & Students,
Spread the news to Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles & Community Members about this easy way to correctly clip UPC codes , earn points and receive free equipment for our school. Post this eligible product list on your refrigerator or somewhere in your kitchen. Go to www.labelsforeducation.com to get involved and select “Share with Your Community ” to send an email message to friends or family about this program, so they can help collect labels for Oak Pointe. OPES families and friends can register their Food Lion MVP card at www.foodlion.com. They will need to click on the “LionShop & Share program on the left hand side of the website. Oak Pointe will receive a check every quarter. |

Every month, the OPES community will have the opportunity to order from Market Day. Through Market Day, you can order a large selection of food products. Your order will be delivered directly to the school for pick-up. The PTO receives 10% of the total sales. Check out the Market Day order pick-up days listed on the “Important Date”sheet. Last year, we made approximately $950.

Publix cards can be picked up in the office. Oak Pointe receives a check every from Publix. The check amount is based on how much our families spend. For the second quarter in 2007, OPES earned $454.19! |

October is Oak Pointe month at Supper Thyme. For all purchases made at Supper Thyme during the month of October, Supper Thyme will give the PTO 10%. Be sure to the employees at Supper Thyme that you are with OPES. Last year, we received approximately $31. |

Cut the label off (with the Tyson Project A+ logo) of participating products. Labels are worth 24 cents. |
