Help celebrate your child's birthday by participating in the Oak Pointe Elementary School (OPES) Birthday Book Program. Please consider donating $15.00 or more for the purchase of a book for the OPES Media Center. By participating in the OPES Birthday Book Progam, your child will:

• Choose a Book from the special Birthday Book Program Selection in the OPES Media CenterHave his/her name placed on a bookplate inside the front cover of the book
• Be the first one to "check out" the new book.

The book remains in the Media Center collection as a reflection of your generosity and will not
only honor your child, but will also help update the OPES Media Center. Birthday Book Program order forms are available in the office and media center. Submit completed form along with your contribution as soon as possible (at least two weeks before your child's birthday) to allow time
for processing. Books may also be purchased in honor or memory of a special teacher or individual by donating $15.00 or more.

General Contributions of any amount are always welcome.
